Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
We have recently been trying to integrate a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system into our workflows. The goal of this system is for us to manage our communication with customers of our various services in one place.
As usual Ryan and I worked hard on the CRM this week getting it into shape. We made progress of creating automated emails. The plan is that we will be able to use that to send email reminders to people who are booked onto courses.
Ace Centre Learning
For our Ace Centre Learning courses we use a Moodle, which some of you might be familiar with. We have a limit on the number of users we can sign up to Moodle, recently we have been getting close to it. This is a good sign, that lots of people are signing up! To avoid hitting the limit we figured out a way to remove people who haven't used Moodle in over a year as we figured they are unlikely to come back. We also decided to move our FREE taster session off Moodle so we don't use up spaces. This took some changes to our process about creating courses which I have now done.

PowerBI
PowerBI is a tool we use to get insight into the data we have inside of BEST and other spreadsheets. It allows us to create dynamic graphs based on that data.
This week I created a dashboard that shows how many different products we have ordered and logged on BEST. It also shows us various products that we have scrapped. The plan is to use this dashboard to help us decide what products we should develop internally. If you want access to this dashboard let me know and I can show you how to use it.
